haha. if you want a crappy job, get touch up paint. ya no one will notice unless there right there, but who knows how long it will last.
and im guessing you went over one of those parking lot things that stops you. I saw a guy in a new S4 rip the whole bumper off cus he was stuck on it.

it was in a 7-11 parking lot and the road was built bad. there was like a huge hill/bump that i just went straight over and i heard a loud thump and didnt notice until like 2 days later.
thanks everyone for your input. hopefully ill see how much it will cost soon and have it repaired

x2. my mother hit my car pulling out of the garagee when she was late to a dr. appointment, and hit it hard. went to honda, matched my paint and got a touch up kit. she smashed it pretty hard, but it looks good now, and ran about 6 inches up my bumper. not sure if it would take care of your bumper since its all the way across, but its cheaper than repainting or getting a new one.

#1: It's plastic (not going to rust)
#2: It's on the bottom of the bumper, nobody will see it (hopefully you aren't running people over)
#3: It's white, an easy color to match.
If that were my car, the first thing I'd do would be to get a sander and lightly get rid of any black chunks sticking out, then get a can of white primer (or white rustoleum) and carefully touch it up.
It's white, no need for a can of touch-up paint.

hey thanks for all the advice guys. my mom says to just let it be right now and later on in the road when im ready to sell it fix it. But i might just fix it now so i do not need to deal with it later.
i was also wondering if this would cost less than 200$ to fix?

Not sure how much it will run you, but don't cheap out if you are going to repaint the whole bumper cover. "Heat" said white is an easy color to match. White is actually very hard to match (black is very easy on the other hand). The reason I say don't cheap out is because the better the shop you take it to, the better paint match they will do. If they are a premier shop, they, they will replicate the oem color code, as well as add different colors (red/yellow) to make it a perfect match. Otherwise, it WILL be noticeably different even if the oem color code is used.

HAHA no.
That is easily repairable.
And that lip idea is pretty good
