Gah, antenna is calling the shots...
Just a quickie, tried to search up but didnt have any luck with what I am looking to get answered...
After driving my car somewhere, short/long distance my remote cannot arm the system, even right next to the car. So I open the door push on the connector for the antenna and close the door, walk away and BAM.
I just want to check, before I pull up my carpet, take all my electrical tape and wire loom, and pull up my back seats just to get to the damn brain...
Is there a possibility that the cord to the antenna is backwards? When I was getting ready to connect it I looked at both sides and they seemed to plug in fine both ways. I am wondering if it will plug in, but not all the way if its switched around
If not maybe alil glue to hold it in place lol...
Just want to check if anyone knows the cord maybe backwards :/
It would save me some time.
BTW, I never had a problem with it comming loose before, and there was times it just flopped around on the dash lol. At least this time its secured somewhere!

Probably a bad solder connection on the ant. circuit board, from when it was flopping around on your dash.
You are going to have to open it up and re-solder the connection(s).

I went ahead and disconencted it off the apilar and let it kinda rest on the dash and it has been working fine now
It is only being held to the pillar via velcro, so I dont understand whats going on?
I am ordering a new alarm soon anyway, me and my bro are getting a compustar instead and were going to throw this one on one of our secondary cars :/

I can not see how this would be a problem, if the alarm is triggered why would you want to turn it off right away.
