Default CEL P01259, Vtec Malfunction, Any Sugguestion

I was driving and shifted to 4th gear, then my cel came on and started to sluggish. Ran the code and got a p1259, Manufacture control fuel air metering. Did a search and found that it was Vtec malfunction, What should I do?

Check oil level, then clear codes and drive your car just into vtec for 3 seconds, and see if it recodes. If it recodes then check connections at the vtec solenoid ground and pressure switch. If all is ok, then check continuity in the rocker arm (vtec solenoid) pressure switch terminals. If there is no continuity, then replace the vtec solenoid pressure switch. If you have continuity, then turn the ignition on and check for voltage at the blue/black wire on the connector for the pressure switch. If you have voltage, then check the ground side. If all is good there, then you need more diagnostic help.
