i have a full gsr swap sittin in my garage and i wanna throw it into an EG hatch. what would the swap consist of? where can i get a wire harness for this swap and would my gsr ecu plug right in or do i have mickey mouse it? also, any tips on how to make the swap easier?

gsr motor and tranny
m & t mounts
half shafts
hubs
ecu
harness (ebay/salvage yard)

im probly forgetting something but i just helped put an ls in a 93 hatch and it wasn't really that hard had to drill some holes above the lower engine and tranny mount to spray anti seize on them to get the old engine out but other than that it went like butter

im also in maine were we don't have emissions so i can skip a couple eco friendly steps

 

what do i need gsr hubs for? isnt there a company that selld engine harnesses specifically made for these kinda swaps?

same hub...there used to be a guy that sells made wiring hharness on here but it would be cheaper to wire yourself...its not hard just try it

i have never done the gsr swap so i am not sure how much is different between it and an ls swap but this is what i know about it
