Your car has central locking, replacing the drivers door actuator with other then a 5 wire actuator will result in you loosing that feature.
I would suggest you get a 2 door central locking system, Audiovox makes a pretty good one, [one 5 wire actuator, one 2 wire actuator and a control module] you will not need the control module, you would use the stock one, but you can get the whole Audiovox system for less then the price of the stock 2 wire pass. door actuator.
You can also find them, [probably not Audiovox] on eBay for $30 shipped... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWDVW

If you don't have central locking on your car stock but just want power locks to connect to the alarm and not a switch wouldn't you also have to get the
DEI 451M http://www.autopreservers.com/451M.html
Along with the 524N, [2wire] and 524N, [5wire]

You don't need the 451M for a Honda. Not for the stock door locks, and not for aftermarket actuators. You don't want 5 wire actuators either. Just a 2 wire for each door.
all I want is power locks on my civic dx with both doors connected to the alarm....I dont want to connect a interior switch for lock/unlock

so i can connect both two wire actuators directly to the alarm without using the 451m

Yup. That's the easiest way to do it.

R-81DC2 what kind of alarm do you have, make and model?
Even if the alarm does not have relays built in, you do not need the DEI module, all you need is 2 SPDT relays, the module just makes wiring easy, it has the two STDT relays built in.
And all you need is two 2 wire actuators.

Yes, true. I haven't ever had one before that didn't though. I've only ever installed Audiovox and DEI alarms tho.

Your living a sheltered life, most alarms/remote starts/key-less entry units do not have relays built in, just low current neg.(-) lock/unlock outputs, some with both neg.(-) and pos.(+) outputs.
