Sticking outter door handles

Mine do the same thing when it's cold. I should say stick OUT because it's a 94 coupe. Anybody have any ideas or suggestions?

Yup, mine do the same **** but only on the passenger side...it didn't start doing it until I had the door handles painted. Still does it too. Maybe if it's lubed up or something it would work better.
