Default Problem with keyless entry

hey guys Im having problems with the keyless entry for the driverside door. When I close the (unlocked driveside door) and try locking it with the transmitter it will lock the passenger side door but not the driverside and the horn wont beep (usually it does when pressed twice). When I lock the drive side door from the inside and then press the lock button on the transmitter the horn does beep. When inside the car and I use the main switch to lock the door it only locks the passenger side door. When I push the lock tab on the drive side it does lock and the passenger side locks then too. Transmitter also does not unlock the drive side door either.

Please help.
Thanks

You need to check the door pin first. Its locatrd right below the door latch. If the car dosnt see the door is closed its not going to arm "honk the horn" or lock the drivers door so as not to lock the key inside. Also check to see if the interior light is going off when you close the door. If not check all doors and hood and hatch are secure. I hope this helps.
