it definatelly wouldn't hurt to go bigger. hondata should allow for stock idle and drivability.
a set of injectors - $300.
not having to replace your injectors when its time for more hp - priceless
4k? even if you get it started for under 4k, with rebuilds you're gonna be way over that sooner or later. you can save money on piping by doing most or all yourself with help of ebay. make sure the manifold/dowpipe that you choose will work with turbo that you choose.

660's are good for like 400ish whp which is the most i would go if i were using stock sleeves. so if i was going to sleeve my motor and do all that build, i dont think id be too worried about selling my old injectors and buying new larger ones for my new build
They might change. but for now that what i want the mos 300 wph. since i'm not thinking of rebuild the internals. so then 550's sounds the way to go. more feed back guys!!
for 4 grand you should be able to piece together everything new (forged rods & pistons, valvetrain turbo, ic, piping) and i would guess fuel & ecu provisions as well. this might be stretching it a little, and is not counting labor though. 250-300 on a stock engine is easily within reach for that price. shop around buy good parts and you could get away for half that.
What about if i just drop a stage 2 revhard kit with upgraded turbo to a GT28 or GT30?? would i'll be disapointed?? or is it much better to build one instead of a kit?? thanks guy appreciate all youre help.

yes
manifold, dp, even the other parts you can save lots $$ by buying used from the classifieds here.
make sure to take care of the ecu (crome, hondata, any of the others)
if you have the time & patience you can buy the best quality parts and teach yourself how to do it all for less than it would cost to have it done (meaning a wideband sensor w/ controller is ~$200, while dyno tuning runs ~$150/hr).
keep searching & reading, check out the classifieds is my best advice

If the injector are new and you can return them at no charge I would do that. If not you will be ok. I am running 440 percison injectors. And they are doing ok.
With a t3/to4e 57trim at 9lb. on a b16.
With my stock 92 vx fuel pump I was starting to lean out at high rpm at 9 psi, but when I changed to a walbro 255 It fixed that.
But my injector duty cycle is at or over 100% at some times so This is not ideal but if you already have the injector I would run them.
But like the other guys said 300hp will bet the limit. I wish I went with 550s
