Default anyone have problems with their eagle crank like this

ok so heres the issue i am having and i would like too know if anyone else running the eagle cranks have had this problem..... So i checked all clearances on all my bearings and everything was looking great. I was installing the crank and when i went too put the thrust bearings in one of them was way too tight. I couldnt even get it too slide in. i tried everything i could to get it in without damaging anything. I have built several motors and have never had this problem however this is my first build with a aftermarket crank.... I am using all honda bearings ect... I am going to drop the block, crank, and bearings off at my machine shop this weekend to have them take a look at it and if the crank checks out fine then can they take a thousands or soo off the thrust bearing or would that need to come off the crank? Anyways any help would be appreciated or anyone with any experiences similar it would be great too hear your input.... any help or suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

the first (and only) time i tried to use an eagle crank they had to send us 4 different cranks before we got one that was usable. the 3rd crank they sent us was a stroker crank too. i guess they didnt look at the order to see which first 2 cranks they sent that didnt work previously

we have used 3 or 4 of the 95mm cranks with no issues. the last one was a little on the tight side of the oe thrust spec, but nothing to be conserned about.

we are building a motor in hte next couple weeks with an eagle gsr crank. if anything comes up w/that ill post it here.

also we have used a couple of 95mm 4g64 eagle cranks with no issues at all.

if teh thrust is too tight you can sand down the back side to achieve the clearance you desire.

i tried one in my car and broke an oil pump first time out. I am not saying it was the crank but I put the oe crank back in and never had another problem.
