Default anyone have problems with their eagle crank like this

ok so heres the issue i am having and i would like too know if anyone else running the eagle cranks have had this problem..... So i checked all clearances on all my bearings and everything was looking great. I was installing the crank and when i went too put the thrust bearings in one of them was way too tight. I couldnt even get it too slide in. i tried everything i could to get it in without damaging anything. I have built several motors and have never had this problem however this is my first build with a aftermarket crank.... I am using all honda bearings ect... I am going to drop the block, crank, and bearings off at my machine shop this weekend to have them take a look at it and if the crank checks out fine then can they take a thousands or soo off the thrust bearing or would that need to come off the crank? Anyways any help would be appreciated or anyone with any experiences similar it would be great too hear your input.... any help or suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

Thank You ,
Joel

They sell various sized thrust bearings, there should be no resistance
