Default I NEED HELP! swap problems

Ok i bought a swap from h motors a few months ago put everything in and it wouldn't start just cranked. I wasn't getting spark or fuel. Then came winter and i moved out of my house to a friends and didn't have a garage to work on it. I don't really know where to start again. So i'm asking is there anything i need to be worried about with the car sitting for a few months, the battery was toast so i got a new one. Also what are the first things i should start to check? Any help would be awesome by the way the car is a 99 dx the motor a obd1 GSR a 99 Si harness with a adapter harness from h motors (obd2b-obd1)

i had a obd2 dizzy on it when i first tried to start it wasn't getting spark or fuel then i was told to repin the obd1 dizzy so i could plug it to the si harness i haven't checked timing and i know the spark plug wires are correct another question when repining the obd1 dizzy do i just put them back in the same order? cause the colors def don't match up on the dizzy to the harness.

before you start repinning, try another obd2 distributer.

Check all of the under hood fuses.

Is there a ECU hooked up? I know it sounds stupid but the littlest things can affect it.

Is everything plugged in on the engine harness? Triple check it. Are the grounds hooked up?

Are you getting any codes/CEL?

Check the condition of the timing belt. Is it cut up?

yeah the ecu p72 is hooked up, fuses are good, grounds are hooked up, everything is plugged in, no codes are set, the timing belt looks a little shitty

pull the belt and see if it comes off. I have seen snapped timing belts that look okay from the top view, but they snapped on the bottom.

if it is good, check to see that the cams and crank pully are at TDC together.
