Wrapping up swap, car won't start. Need input.
Here's the dealy-o:
Car is a 93 DX hatch and I installed an OBD1 B18C (jdm). I had to extend all the harness connections so the wires would reach. The car cranks but won't fire up. Obviously it has power. I can hear the fuel pump engage and I've checked the injectors so that's eliminated. It is possible that in extending the harness I miswired something, but is there anything else I can check? I've changed the plugs and wires and will change the cap and rotor shortly.
Also, how does one go about pulling codes?
Thanks in advance.

ok, check all the grounds. all the wires that u have to extend will not have effect on the car running, it will run like **** but run. does the CEL go off after 2 seconds? Next, You need four things for a engine to start: compression, spark, timing, and fuel. Did you replace the timing belt with the swap?
To check the CEL, here:

Yep, timing belt is new and we checked the timing marks and helm's manual several times when installing the new belt. It's possible I goofed it up, but I don't think so. So none of the sensors will prevent it from starting?

No, unless you plug the wrong sensors in the place. (like the TPS and the MAP)
