Default swap is in.... need help with problems

okay, the jdm gsr is in but there are some issues with it..... it didn't crank over until the third attempt and it let out a loud popping sound before firing...... the idle is terrible, it sounds like a domestic with huge cams..... beyond that there is a LOT of vibration, especially from the timing belt side..... what could be the problem?

most likely. do you have a timing gun? Are your plug wires on correctly?

what kind of car is this in?

might be that my #2 and #3 wires are crossed...... the firing order is 1-3-4-2 from lower left going counterclockwise, right (on the dizzy cap, i mean)?

it should be 1-3-4-2, does your setup look like this?

3 4
1 2
