passenger side window

Default passenger side window

i bought a 99 honda civc ex about couple of months ago and my right side window is rolling up real slow. is there anyway i could fix this problem? this is really pissing me off!

its the stupid lil rubber rails your window sits on replace it...u should be fine....go to the honda dealer and get it

make sure, those rubber rails arn't geting cought up on anything, if they arn't and it still does it. then it could be your motor.

i have a similar problem... i have an 01 civic and my passanger window wont go down.. i replaced the window motor the power switch .. their is even no sound when i press the switch... i need a relay switch

You can try to lube it up but your problem is likely the regulator/motor.

Putting lube will help the problem of slow rolling up. However on the 01 with no downward movement, you most likely have a broken wire in your window harness. I had the same problem with mine and I had to replace the harness. You will be better off splicing somewhere under passenger seat because changing the whole thing is a pain in the butt.

.... its not the motor ... i was told it was the relay switch ...that it was not getting enough power to the window however the mirror for my passanger side works but nothing else .....
