well since no ones replied yet..im gonna take a guess.
1. could be the window motor, honda window motors arent the best.
2. could be that your window is sticking to the window guides..causing resistance. which would make your windows roll up and down slowly or even bounce its way down or up.
3. or...have u done anything to your window motor relay? switch? or anything that has to do something with the passenger side motor? if you spliced something into your passenger window motor and its being used while the passengerside window is being operated..there would be less current flowing through to power the window. causing your window to go up and down slow.
well thats all i could think of..hope this helps any.
if you need a wiring diagram for your window motor..in case you have a splice or something, give me the year make and model of your car, and i can pull one for u hopefully friday if you're still having a problem
oh and as for the window sticking to the guide...put some silicon spray where the windows slide through and it should be good.
hope this helps any.

i'm almost convinced its a notorious problem w/ civics. i had a 98 ex and i now i have a 99 SI both had window problems. with the SI it seems the rubber guides towards the front of the door are all cut up and **** and sometimes the window gets derailed. i had the motors replaced on my 98 and the company wouldn't guarentee them. the installer said civics are notorious for bad window motors.

slkleltlclh thanx for the advices i will try them out. and i own a 00 civic si.
i think honda's not doin well on these windows. other than me and my friend's civic.
my other friend's rsx type-s's window is slow too but not enough to matter like mine.
=/
what's weird is that my daily 01 civic 4 door doesnt hav any problem w/ any of its windows!! lol.
