Default 97 V6 Crank Pulley Removal

First post. I tried searching, but found nothing.

I'm trying to help out a friend. He has a 97 Accord with the 2.7 V6. It has a bad water pump. We can't get the crank pulley to budge! He bought the tool. We used 2 different impacts, as well as the ole' breaker bar with a 5 foot pipe and 2 fat guys method. Even with the combined weight of almost 600 lbs, the best we could manage was a broken extension. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are there some left handed threads I should know about? Are we removing the bolt in the center, or does the pulley thread itself off? The Haynes book shows just a bolt, but the pulley is different in thier picture than his car. I've never given up before, but a match and some gas is starting to look very appealing.

Normal right hand threads; not knowing what impacts or what air compressor flow and pressure?
Here's a top tech tip for ya, get about a spoon full of air tool oil and drizzle it into your impact while holding the trigger open. spin the shank till you can hear the oil slushing in the air motor. Now go hook it up and try the bolt.
It's called 'Hydrolocking' and will give you the max power from your impact gun.
I've always used an IR 2131 at around 125 psi and never had any problem.
