I have a 96 integra ls engine run by a P74 OBD1 hondata S300 ecu in my 00 hatch and would like to change the complete wiring harness from the ecu to the engine compartment to eliminate the conversion harness. Which harness should I use and which will plug into all the stock sensors, distributor, IACV etc.?

Why would you want an OBD2 motor in an OBD2 car to be converted to OBD1?

 

To take care of a hack wiring job done by a friend of mine and I think that could be part of the reason I'm not able to get the car tuned right.
