I did a search to see if other people were having this problem, but no luck.
So my catalytic converter heat sensor light stays lit on my 96 spec itr gauges (on my 94 DC). You guys think it's staying lit because it is not getting a signal from a heat sensor?
I know people are doing the green-film-switch or the gauges-switch method, but I did a pinout instead to keep everything "intact." But apparently I don't have to do a pinout for the cat sensor because we don't have one.
Bottom line: You guys think the gauges are made for the heat sensor light to stay lit if it's NOT getting a signal?

As long as your other components of your cluster are working, then just pull the bulb. You don't need it staring at you.
