Either window regulator or window switch

dumb question, but is it just off the track? sometimes, as in with my 98 civic, the window kept coming off the track, or if it didnt come all the way off, would just get stuck in the rubber molding. so maybe there is something there?

does the motor make any noise at all like it's actually trying to put the window up and down???
if not then it's a power feed problem double check all fuses and plugs.
check fuses with a meter...not by eye!!!
set a digital multimeter to continuity and test all fuses

my passanger side window stopped working after I took the car in to get new tint put on. I went back after my 5 days of waiting to roll the windows down and he said hey I didn't do ****. There is no noise coming from the motor. I checked the wires to the switch and they are contected on both doors. I don't know wtf he did.
