Default EJ8 Power Windows acting strange

Just bought this car, and the pw and sunroof have been acting up.
Since I bought it, both windows have rolled up/down slowly. Last night, I tried to roll my drivers window up and it stopped about 1/2 way up. I was able to work it up using my hands and the switch. Someone told me my PW relays might be going out. I figure they're off the track. I'm about to go tear my door apart and check it out. If it's the relays, where are they and how do I test them? Do they test like master relays?

Thank you!

So then tearing my doors down would be useless, right?
Thanks for the quick response.

the window tracks get filthy, causes more power drain from the motors, pops fuses.

replace fuse, clean and lube the window tracks.
