Default to powder coat or not to powder coat....

i'm in the process of piecing together my new turbo setup and i can't decide how i want to stop heat soak and keep engine bay temps down...
there are many powder coater's in the area that can do great work cheap, so i'm wondering if powder coating my turbo manifold, dp, and piping would be more or just as beneficial as heat wrap or a ceramic coating?
any opinions on this? i think it looks 10x better than both heat wrap and ceramic coating so i'm hoping it works good too....

Powder coat melts at around 700 degrees at best.It is only paint after all.
