Default GSR TRANS swap in 90 integra

I recently did a full gsr swap in my 90 integra. I got the hasport hydro to cable conversion kit for it. After I have been drivin it for a while now the clutch linkage has either streched out or something. But...this is what happens. I adjust the cable and whenever I try to shift it is very hard to do and once i get it into gear it sounds like the pressure plate isnt engaged and you hear a noise from the clutch that sounds like its rubbin on the flywheel. I wasnt sure if this was an actual problem w/ the clutch or with the linkage. I dont think it is a throughtout bearing because that isnt noisy. But if anyone has experienced this problem help would be greatly appreciated.
