bouncing rpm on turbo b18b interga

all right this is my setup Engine: jdm B18B, xspower manifold, airesearch T3, turbonetics evolution WG, johnny racecar fmic, HKS SSQ BOV, DSM 450 injectors, high flow inline pump, MSD blaster coil, MSD cap and rotor, chipped ecu with crome engine management, running 7 psi. know my ideling is bouncing not real bad but does it when its cold when the car is normal temp it stops i was told it was eather 2 things a boost leak or the sensor behind the intake manifold is bad but i thought with the sensor bad it does it even when the car is warm

Its your IAT sensor, clean it or replace it.

Unplug IACV, see what the base idle is set at....if its higher then 500rpms then you've got a vacuum leak...if it stalls/idles real low then it has something to do with the IACV. IACV is controlled by the ecu, thus it could be a bad IACV or it could be that the ECU is getting a weird reading from the temp sensor (air or coolant) and doing wacky stuff because of that faulty input.
