Yea i thought it was one piece too but if you look around where the sleeves are you could see a line where there not one piece. Look more on cylinder 1, 2 and 3 you cant really see it on 4.

not block guard, its sleeves some said they were sleeve inserts.... i want to use it an boost it but i want to know it i can do 14lbs on it ?????
