Default Need some input on a slipping clutch problem

Ok guys heres the lowdown

95 Acura Integra GS-R JRSC Exedy Stage 2 Clutch, stock Flywheel.

I recently took the head off the car and put in a omnipower valvetrain, did new belts, gaskets, and brake booster/mast cyl ect ect. Pretty much fixed tons of stuff. Anyways when i drive the car and have it in 5th gear and gas it quickly the rpms jump and feels like the clutch is slipping. When i drive the car in 1st/2nd/3rd the car grabs and goes to 9k no problems, no slippage. So i dunno if my clutch has gone out or something else is wrong with the car. Any input or ideas would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks
