I have a 94 JDM B18C and i replaced the cams and gears. once installed i timed everything and adjusted everything. One thing also did was clean off the gunked up intake and exhaust oil control orifice's and i put them back in the correct sides they came from but didnt take it mind what direction the holes were pointing. i then reasembled everything and drove it. Vtec pops on but doesnt fully engage.

My question is do i have to pull everything out of the head like the rocker arms and shafts and then put the orifices in and then reasemble everything or is their a certain angle the holes are supposed to be angled at?

Do the vtec oil pressure checks as specified in the shop manual.
