so.. does the solenoid work?
If the solenoid gets power and engages, then is an oil problem.
are you getting oil pressure to the solenoid?check that
what did you do the engine?
did you mess with the oil control thingy on the block?
What about oil control pins on the rocker arm shafts?

The vtec soleniod is not working this is the second one changed out. I don't know if im getting oil pressure to the solenoid. THe engine is a b18a1 with a 95 gsr head. BLock is rebuilt with Pr3 pistons. I did take out the oil pressure sensor to tap in the OIL line to the head and i "T" it off to the Oil pressure sensor. Im not sure about the oil control pins on the rocker arm shafts.. It came off a running car.. Never touched them.

Is it getting the correct amount of voltage?

refer to HELMS for voltage specs.
