ha....um.
take out lower panels first, drivers side then passenger side, then take your shift **** off to get the center consol off.
take the steering wheel off.
take clock out, nut behind that.
look for visible bolts and remove.
shouldn't take long.

Dont forget to remove the VSS cable from the tranny by lifting the rubber cover and removing the clip. This will give you slack to pull out the cluster from the cable attached behind it. Everything else is just finding the bolts and screws holding down the dash. Dont forget the bolt behind the clock as well.
