Default Dropping steering column?

I'm gonna be taking my dash out Sat, was wondering if I could drop whole steering column and all without taking steering wheel off?

I don't wanna break the turn signal sticks while taking dash off.
Any tips and tools I need, I think its just bolted to a support huh?

Thanks

yea, u dont need to remove the wheel. drop it. its like 4 bolts. pretty much have to, unless u wanna chance breaking the signal and wiper arms...

to remove dash:
take out the hazard, has 1 screw behind, 2 screws on top of cluster, pop off panel. remove cluster. pop out buttons and unplug. bolt on each side of dash, 1 in top vent, pry from the left. remove console and unbolt 1 bolt in the brackets. and 1 bolt on each side lower down, like inside it...

tools: like 10mm and 12mm

if u look along the cloumn you will see a bracket held on by 2 bolts, remove. then look into the 'holes' under the wheel u will see 2 bolts, remove those also; then it should drop...
