Car wont start, i took the spark plug wire of dizzy to see if theres a spark and nothing, could it be just the dizzy??? What else can i check b4 buying new dizzy?the motor is just making a high pitched noise! any help would be great!thanx

 

a random thought would be borrow someones dizzy...

 

is the engine trying to turn over? can you hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the car to on(position right bafore starting)? are you getting spark on any wires?

if no-main relay
if no-try swapping dizzy with friend
if that works, swap coil, igniter from friends dizzy until your dizzy works. then replace those parts.
