i had my car inside my garage for about 2 week.

im thinking there could be water in my gas tank. i bought some gas water remover product and hopefully this is the problem.

I'd start by running a bottle of HEET through the gas tank, and changing your oil. Some basic maintenance can't hurt.

i ran the car for about 20miles already.
i think it take a while to work but im trying to burn this gas ASAP.
Im going to check my spark plug to see how they are burning.

Gas is way down now (yay!)...you could always just drain the tank and refill it. Thats if you really think bad gas is the issue.
Just undo the plastic tank cover and remove the drain plug.

Hell, you could just save your drained gas, add some two-stroke additive, and mow lawns for a year

Oil on your spark plugs. Boo. Change them, run them for a tank, and check them again.

The entire plug is brown, or just the contacts?

Ah, I took "all brown" to mean the whole thing

Just go buy some new plugs. If you had water in your gas, it probably fouled the crap out of them when you started up.

Brown/tan is a good color man. What you don't want to see if white or black. Brown is getting a good burn.
