find a ECU
Hi all,
i m using 90 accord with F20A engine (japan). My ECU got problem right now. i can't start my engine because the Engine Check lamp indicator is always turn ON. I don't know what is actual problem, but my friends suggest me to change my ECU. I would like to know more abt ECU and how much to buy.

well I will give you information but I don't know if you will understand it. You have to find the connecter. I believe its behind the center console or by the pasenger right side kick panel. Its a connector which consists of 2 wires which you have to connect together using a jumper.
by doing this your check engine light will flash out a series of codes. this can tell you why the light is on.

yea check your codes...you very seldomly come across a bad ecu...well atleast in my eperience. but there is a blud clip under the driver side center console and just stick a paper clip in it and turn your car key to the second position and it will blink the cel codes you are throwing. if that wasnt clear then just search it.
hi, if i do that and see my check engine indicator is blinking, that mean my ECU didn't have problem right?...
how about if the indicator still ON?... where can i know what is actually problem...it is ECU or another Part.
