Default ctr vs itr cams?

ok ive read that people use the ctr intake and the itr exhaust cams together to receive better results? Looking at this site tho the itr exhaust and ctr exhaust is the same... can anyone verify why this is done? Thank you.

Only when its the CTR vs. 97-99 ITR cams.

The CTR and 00-01 ITR are the exact same.

00+ ITR has 3deg more duration on the intake side than the previous ITRs.. I'm pretty sure.

A search would definitely turn up some results, as I am quite positive this has been covered many many times before.
