The Si harness wont work. So your only choice is to convert your harness.
Another option you didn't put down is to buy an OBD2 Integra harness.

Use the one that came stock in your car, the 99si harness wont work unless you also use the 99si dash harness. If the motor is obd2 you will have to either get the obd2 plugs off of the 99si harness for the alternator, distrubtor, etc.. or you could just find an obd1 distributor, alternator, etc..

well it has a cx civic harness in it but there plugs that arnt used and the car will run good for a bit then it will start bogging down minor back fires and will start running realy rich. i was wondering if the harness could cause this? my friend told me that when you do this swap you use the map plug from the ecu harness? is this true?
