quick question about eg6 speedo..

quick question about eg6 speedo..
hey i got 92 hatch with usdm b16a2.. i know that this engine has 8000 redline (correct me if im wrong)... now i got eg6 speedo (reads km/h) i wanna know if its working properly on my motor... when im running 4k rpm on 5th gear its 120km/h.
is this acurate? and whats my redline on this speedo coz it has 8200 redline and my engine is 8000 in redline?

your speedometer is good...and dont go by where the tach has redline, if you know where your motor redlines, then take it up to there...lets say your motor could redline up to 10k rpms, then you can take it up to 10k

ty guys.. so my rpm is acurate... so am i correct that the usdm b16a2 redline is 8000 rpm? coz some says 8200... and next time im just gonna pm u b18 and guzz... coz u guys always help me out in here.. tnx a lot!
