B18C won't start
Just got done putting a B18C motor (obd2) on a Honda Civic DX Coupe (EJ1), but it won't start! It will just crank, but won't start! TDC, firing order, sparks, and fuel all checks out fine. We also tested the injectors and they squirt in 1-3-4-2 order just fine.
Here is what we are using:
-obd2 b18c (itr) 98+ spec motor
-obd2 injectors (from motor; clip wires cut and rewired into the dx harness)
-obd1 harness civic dx
-obd1 ecu p28 (skunk2 chipped)
-obd1 distributor b16
Any ideas?

Hmmmm....sounds like you did fine with matching what you need. This is the first post I read where OP used original Harness on motor. So im stumped. My first guess is grounds. Thermo, Valve, Trans. Could be the dizzy is no good.
Check for spark.

That's what you'll have to do.
You said you checked the fuel? Did you check it by measuring the fuel pressure off of a T at the fuel rail? If not, do it that way.
Weird ****, if you grounded the plugs and the spark is jumping it should be fine. Sounds like it must be a fuel issue.

I checked the fuel by a really "ghetto" way lol. I took out the fuel rail and tied all the injectors with it in their rightful seats, cranked the motor, and observe the fuel squirting in their patterns into a bucket.
I'll probably buy a fuel gauge and check its pressure. Thanks!

Well if it is shooting fuel then that is not the problem. Is fuel returning? Remove the hose from FPR and have someone look while cranking and it should wait shoot wait shoot if it does then I would say forget about the fuel problem and look into spark. I know sometimes fuses can cause the car not to start.
