ok to use rubber nitrile connector on turbo compressor outlet?
Would it be ok to use a rubber nitrile 90 degree connector on the outlet from the compressor to the first charge pipe going to the intercooler? It's rated to 275 degrees so will excessive heat from either the turbo or exhaust pose a problem?
i'd think that it would eventully crack & burst from the heat. are those connectors what you get from a home depot style store? if so, then it will definitely burst.
it will fail eventually.. them rubber hoses aren't as sturdy as the ones that are reinforced with string inside them such as radiator hoses.. wouldn't trust the all rubber connectors..

I ordered it from turbonetics.com, they said it's good to use on the compressor inlet but nothing about if it'll hold the temps on the outlet side.
