Well for one you will not be able to utilize your stock radiator and will need to buy a civic half style radiator.

I cannot find pictures from my car but a simple Google searched yielded some.
Clock the compressor housing up. Just run it from the IC with a 90, up through where the windshield washer fluid bottle sits to another 90 to a coupler on the compressor side.

NOT MY CAR, found on GOOGLE

if you have a stock full size rad, you are limited to one way only. which is like the image above. heres my car for reference since the EF/Da are very similar.

if you have a half size, you can get a back door intercooler or if you dont want to spend the heap of cash for it, you can go an alternative route like i did here with my cousins DB1. i had cut the rad a bit to fit a 90' coupler to run it like a backdoor to the compressor housing..

No, what wasn't clear in my post, you HAVE to run a half sized radiator in DA's.

That picture I found clearly has a half sized rad in it.
They are now starting to make manifolds which can be used with full sized radiators however I believe the DA and EF's still do not have enough space to utilize these manifolds.

You can only run your piping like the later pics above id you have either a small intercooler or a back door setup.

yes, this is a fact. half size is a must because even with the manifold that are made to run with full size..and depending on the turbo, it still wouldnt work . especially running it over the driver side rail, having to clock the compressor up like that.
