Are you upgrading your fuel pressure also?
It should be plug and play...
But there are difference type of injectors that might need a resistor box..

just curious, not too related but what do you have done to your car to warrant the upgrade in injectors?

I can't believe you're going to run 15lbs unsleved.

Horsepower breaks sleeves not boost.

Its all in the tune. A good tuner can squeeze a lil more. I would say 10psi.

8 daily, 10-12 track maybe .... other people have other opinions, but I bank on the side of safety unless you have a rather mild and bulletproof tune.

if you're serious about making power and being safe, ditch that vafc and get a real tuning device.

not to jack the thread or anything, i'm just reading and learning, and instead of opening a new thread to ask what maybe be a simple question i'll ask here.

By sleeving, you just mean replacing the sleeves? or does the d16 use a parent block where you recomend boring and sleeving?

cut the old sleeves out. replace with new ductile iron sleeves.

thanks for clearning that up for me. One more question, when i turbo i plan to use a smaller turbo, KO3 from VW's 01-05 1.8T's. Would a smaller turbo then allow for higher boost on stock sleeves?
