i went tuning today and towards the end of the tune...the car started blowing out whiteish blue smoke from motor and exhaust..i pulled the car over and poped the hood and the oil dipstick poped out leting all the oil out...the motor kinda sorta runs its mostly just constant smoke and bogging....did i blow the headgasket or a piston/ring....let me know thanks
only a compression test will tell, white smoke usually means blown headgasket though... maybe you have a bit of both
how many miles on the motor?

blue smoke means your burning oil. your dip stick poping out means there is excessive pressure build up in your crank case, which leads me to believe your PCV valve is stuck closed. check the PCV valve, im pretty sure that will solve your problem
id have to say head gasket or pcv
either the PCV is not allowing crankcase pressure to be vented
or the headgasket is toast and is pounding the compression that is being lost from the cylinders into the crankcase, but then it would also show up in the cooling system, id check the PCV first, since it is both cheap and easy

bad headgasket wouldnt leak compression into the crank case, only rings would do that.
