Default JDM 96-00 Civic Cluster Question...?

I was wondering if anyone knew the JDM part# for part #18 in the picture below. The picture below is the USDM part number and the clear plastic cover has the maintence hole in the front. The JDM one doesn't. I have a JDM cluster but the plastic cover is scratched and I dont want to use a USDM one because it will look funny. Im looking to buy a new one. Thanks!

Just buy one from a 96-98 Civic, they didnt have the open slot on the glass.

Really, well then I guess I am wrong. Maybe because my car originally came from Canada. Neither my stock Si or SiR cluster came with that slot. Then my only other advice is to go to a Honda dealership and ask for the part number.

The 96-98 cover has the same part number as the 99-00

No, you are right partially. 96-00 Civics in Canada did not come with the maintenance slot on the cover/cluster.

My old USDM EX cluster has the slot. My CTR one doesn't though.

Not sure where you can just buy one, you should probably just buy a cheap JDM cluster and switch the covers and resell.

Here check this out.

A brand new plastic face is $20 bucks from Honda....I'd rather buy a brand new one because im very very picky about my parts...The clusters in the links above have more scratches then my current one.
