is this a ek3 cluster? or ek1/2 ?

I don't know chassis codes..but it's a '96-'00 if that helps...

yeah looks like a stock 96-00 civic manual cluster.

But it's not. I can list a few things which make it quite different from a 96-00 Civic cluster.

not really true. we american is the only one country who is using mile. other countries are all using kilometers.even canadian

Looks 1998 or up (red needles) EK3 (1.5 vtec probably?), probably JDM (180kmh speedo, EUDM has 230 kmh speedo - not sure for EK3).

Mine is EUDM 1998 Ek4 and looks almost identical, just higher rev range and more kph on speedo...

No.

It can be anything but American. EDM, JDM, CAN just to name a few, but we're (Americans) the few that use MPH - not Japan being the few/only that use KPH.
