Can i used itr pistons on my stock internals gsr, and get on it without any issues or tuning??? Or would anything have to be done? Would there be any negative effects to this?

If your gonna take the time and money to upgrade internals(pistons are internals), for expletive sake please tune it.

haha true

if youre taking the time and money to put them in then I would plan to tune it (atleast in the future) to get the maximum performance out of them

CTRs could also require gas higher than 93 octane, especially if not tuned. I'd stick with ITR or P30 pistons in a B18C1 block, for safety and ease of tuning with normal pump gas.
