Default Weird stuff... on my Benson Sleeves.(

Have some crust on my sleeves. about 1 1/2 inches below deck height. It goes around all of the sleeves.
wondering if this is bad or just somethin' that should just be cleaned.
I just bought this thing last night. The sleeves were slightly twisted but have a friend that bought an old benson block with the same thing and his car runs fine. I didnt see the crust until this moring. Which is something I have never heard about.
Any insight would be great.

Yea thats just some honda bond on there, It's fine. How is the copper ring on top? Maybe replace them with new ones so you get a better seal, since it's not assembled yet. Just a thought.

that'll work. haha.

anyways. since its copper o-ringed what would be the max bore to the sleeves. I wanted to do 83? right now its stock 81 bore.
would that be possible.
also whats the best, step deck or flat deck.
