im running the comptech catback which is 2.5, my header flange is 2.5 and my test pipe is 2.5, and it works good for me

 

basically 2.5 straight pipe?
is it really raspy?

How much power are you putting out? I'm going to make an assumption and say you're only going to need a 60mm. Any bigger and you'll lose power.

quick question whats the stock size for an gsr exhaust.

 

I think it's 2inches or something close to that.

Really? I thought it was 2.25". That is the exhaust that came on my car and i got a 2.25" cat on it. I went by the "exhaust purchasing guide" on team-integra which said it is 2.25".

We need more info! Mod list, and future plans. For the most part a 2.25 or 2.36 will suffice.

mines 2 1/2 all the way back so i dunno

 

I'm running 3" but i dont think that 2.5" would hurt anything on your setup....

Is that OD or ID? because that makes a difference. Article on TI measures ID.

thats a good question..its probably the outer diameter, but i cant remember

agreed...people who run the 2.5"-3" exhaust are running Turbo applications where it actually helps to have bigger piping. If your motor is fairly stock with bolt ons, 2.25" or 2.36" is perfectly fine.

I just went and checked it. It was crush. Sorry about that guys. Just edited the other post.
