Default Need some help. Flucuating idle!!

Ok so I have been doing alot of research and i still cannot find an answer for what is causing my idle to flucuate between 700-1500 rpm after it warms up. When i start the car it idles at 2000 rpm until it is warm. Just to give you guys the heads up I just got done swapping a B18A1 into my 91std hatch. The idle problem didnt start until after i took it out for a test drive. I think that it may be a problem with the vacumm hoses but i am not sure. i am not throwing any codes at my ecu and the ecu did originally throw a code 9 but i changed out the dizzy and it took care of that problem. i am out of ideas and just wanted to get some input to see if there is anything that i am missing.

Check your vaccuum hose condition/routing. Check idle speed and TPS voltage. Clean your EACV/IACV screen. Make sure coolant is full and all air is bled out. Are you using the correct ECU: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1852148?

I agree with wiZCo and also if your engine has a FCCV you may want to clean that out, that should take care of the high idle when the car is warming up.
