Default wanna add power windows to my 92 hatchback is there an easier way

hey guys i havent posted for a while but i got a couple questions. I have a 92 civic dx hatchback base model no power options but i recently picked up a 95 civic ex with everything needed to put the power options in my car. As i was stripping the car i realized that the power doors are wired in to the main harness of the car and i was wondering if there was an easier way i will swap out everything if need be i have the experience but i would prefer not to if i dont have to.

My cousin managed to hotwire the harness into his car and did it damn well. HOWEVER..he got doors off of an EX to do so, and had them paint matched. He's great at wiring though, so .. Ask around. Best of luck to you.

Its not the main harness that you need. You need the floor harness which is not too bad to take out. It runs under the carpet and behind the heater and ac boxes, low down close to the floor. You should be able to get it out with a little finess and smarts. then you need the door harnesses ( from in side the door ) which disconnects from the floor harness at the door jam, and your good for wires. Its actually pretty easy, plug and play. GL

I didn't remove the pedals when I did it, you can hard wire but thats adding work to an easy job.
