Precision 440cc injector problems
My friend just got a new set of Precision 440cc injectors for his 95 Integra SE. We went to install them and the big black o-ring that goes around the injector and into the intake manifold won't fit in right. When we go to put the o-ring over the injector we can feel it stretching a little bit which causes it not to fit right. I was wondering if there is a certain kit or something that needs to be purchased to make these o-rings fit right.
TIA,
Albert

Put the oring in the intake manifold and then bolt the injector down to it. Those seals have to hold up to vacuum/boost and should be relatively tight.
we tried that but we cant get the injectors in far enough to be able to put the bolts on the the fuel rail to bolt it down. idk what's happening with it?
they are the stock rings...but its like the injector is too big for the ring to fit over and causes it to expand so its too big to fit.
how do you recommend boring them out?
