installing rc injectors...need "certain" seals?
i have a set of rc 310cc injs that i bought to go with a greddy kit.
the injector only came with the small green 0-ring on top (where the rail goes on). do i need another seal for the injecot to go into the head? or wil the stock seal do fine? thanks

Into the intake manifold you mean.
I think they fit in the stock seals.
Try it! If not then just bore the seals out

ya, thanks for correcting me with the IM. i had school all day and im not thinking correctly.
the injector should fit TIGHTLY into the seal? are seals cheap to buy? if i bore them, i know i might mess up and bore them too much where i would get a vac leak.

The injector is a little bigger then stock, so it wont slide into the stock sell. I just slid the injector into the rail and lined up the injectors to the seals and bolted it down. Worked for me.

Just use a dremel and bore a little out at a time. It's very easy. Just make it so it fits tightly.

Thanks meng, I just wantd to make sure that none of them get left out. I wasn't sure if that was something I read somewhere before.

Re: (BlueShadow)
Hey again guys,
I just got my RC 750's in the mail and I was looking them over. I wanted to make sure of some things before I order parts from Acura to make sure I dont order the wrong parts or order one that I do/do not need.
Here is a pic of the RC eng injectors. The green ring is matched up to #21 in the diagram above. But for the rubber rings that came with the RC injectors, would those be matched up to #2 or #4 in the diagram above? If that rubber ring does replace #2 in the Acura link above then on my pic below wha spot do I put it in? #1 on the left or #2 on the right?
Also I noticed that on the Acura site #4 is only used for 92-95 GSR's but not 96 and above. Can I run my RC injectors without #4?
here is my injector pic:
TIA

Re: (BlueShadow)
I just remembered that I had a spare B series rail sitting here. It looks like p/n 16473-PD6-000 does not get used with the RC injectors. Still not sure about p/n 16474-PR4-A00 though. I read some of the older threads and I think sGT referred to these as 'phonelic spacers'. Not sure if he was talking about these or another part, but he said to get rid of them. Since I see this part is not used on 96+ Tegs I think this is the correct part.

What do you guys think?
Thanks
