ok, after fighting WW3 with the engine mounts, I'm down to the nitty gritty.

1991 b18a1 swap into 93 civic hatch.

help me figure out where these lines go. I'm assuming each of the circled lines just go to manifold vacuum but just in case I wanted to post here.

Also, I'm using the stock civic auto radiator with the swap but none of the main hoses match up. the 91 LS or the 93 civic lines. my bottom hose reaches just fine but the opening is too small. the top one doesnt reach far enough. what lines do I need??

Also, again...my stock civic fuel return line doesnt fit over the nipple on the LS fuel rail?? wtf?? damn nickel/dime stuff...

wow....i also have a 93 hatch and droped a B18B LS motor and the weird thing is that i didnt run to that prob you have with the radiator hoses....mine were perfect, although i remember a while back ago, i was on the Hasport website and they give you all the info you need...i remember it said something about using a DEL SOL DOHC VTEC hose for the radiator but can remember if it was the top or bottom....check their site out....for some reason its not workin on my laptop right now..
check where it says TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS on the top right...look under your make and model of car and select your swap..


now, with the hoses to the TB i cant help you there because i changed mine with a spare GSR one i had and i looks different...sorry

 

Green - To Charcoal canister
Red - MAP
Yellow - Doesnt Matter
Purple - Not sure.

If you wanted to run all those vacuum lines correctly you need these two sensors i believe from the donor teg (mounted on the firewall) but its pointless. your harness will not make it work. those lines on my setup were taken off the manifold.

You will need to buy bseries radiator hoses as well. Ive used 93 LS on mine with no probs. Go to an autoparts and buy a fuel line one size bigger. not a big deal.

ok, I got the first two correct then

for the yellow one, can I just run that to manifold vacuum??

anyone know on the purple??

I'll stop by and pick up the LS lines this afternoon.

I was thinking of just getting the slightly larger fuel line but then wont the opening be waaayyy too big on the chassis side?? I mean I'm sure I could get an adjustable hose clamp but wont the fuel pressure blow it off or something??

yellow most likely needs a vacuum signal.

DO NOT USE HOSE CLAMPS FOR FUEL LINE!!!!!!!!!!!

The pressure will blow them off, possible fire could result.

Find a line at the junkyard that is long enough from a teg or other civic, or order a stainless steel line from someone like Stan at Fast Turbo or others.

um, this line is held on with factory hose clamps actually...

it's the fuel return line from the regulator.

 

look for a helms manual to check the vacuum.
